Buffalo Wild Wings Seasoning (Lemon Pepper)

This is one of the best seasonings I have ever used

This is one of my absolute favorite dry rubs! We buy wings from Sams, pop them in the air fryer, then season them with this dry rub. They turn out amazing!

In my opinion far better than McCormick lemon pepper. Less onion, more pepper with just a touch of heat. Better citrus flavor as well. Other reviews have stated the flavor is more lime than lemon. Not quite. Most of the citrus flavor comes from citric acid which has a neutral citrus flavor rounded out by lemon zest. Has a clumping issue that the McCormick doesn't. Personally fond of the flavor. Does not taste good out of the container. It needs to be added to a lightly oiled meat as a tossed dry seasoning or added to butter for " lemon pepper wet".

It taste good on everything chicken fish gives great flavor

I love the lemon pepper rub from Buffalo Wild Wings, and was super excited when I saw it on amazon. Sadly it was clumped together so hard in the container that we had to use a butter knife to get it out, it was very sticky but did not stick to the wings. I thought maybe it was a fluke and ordered another bottle, but sadly that one was the same. It was pretty disappointing.

Compared to most lemon pepper seasonings on the market, this delivers a much stronger lemon punch that others seem to lack. Uses much more lemon rind that other brands. Was very delicious and seemed identical to that of the restaurant.

The package has a sticker indicating a far off expiration date. I assuming its not a fake as the product tastes right, doesn't appear its been sitting around or anything. Seems perfet.

It was okay however I will not buy again. Too many other better seasoning staffers out there than this.
