Better than nothing
It supported my Sony Bravia KDL - 50W800D TV , I think it should work as replacement for TDG-BY500A for all similar models . I have tried to get glasses from Sony itself they said they no longer manufacture even TV with 3D support, so dint find in there stock . I agree build quality is ok ok , but ITS BETTER THAN NOTHING
