Good product fit perfect works great

This was a cheap fix for my ceiling fan. I figured I was going to replace the fan, but this allowed me to fix it for a few bucks. There are no instructions for installing this switch. I was a bit confused on how to attach the wires. The holes on the back appear to be similar to the holes you would see on the back of a wall outlet, but they are not the same. The wires are actually inserted from the side at an angle. I included some pics for future users to reference. If you insert the wrong wire by mistake you can insert the tip of a small screw drive to release the wire if needed. I do recommend you take picture of wire connections before you cut out the old switch.

Like the value of the product but it needed more wire with it. Disliked the lack of wire causing complications installing for one person.

I'm still working on installing this switch. Watching the you tube video really helped, especially when he showed taking the old switch apart. I've been trying to insert the wires without tinning them, and they won't stay. I found my soldering iron, so I can now tin the leads.My old switch is different from the one in the video.

Fit perfectly, just match the wires L,1,2,3 with this one and put back together. Fan runs like before. Very cheap fix and never had to take fan down or replace it. Thanks good product.
