Literally one of the best purchases I've ever made
If I only I could go back in time and use menstrual cups from the beginning. I have been using for a year now and will never ever go back. So easy and convenient. Fingers get a little messy on day 1, but it holds so much I don't have to change every hour like when I used tampons. I dont mind a thorough hand washing but if you are bothered by it you could always wear a glove. Again, it is only messy on my heaviest days which for me is about 1 day right at the beginning of menstruation. Because these cups fit perfectly into the vaginal fornix rather than just clogging up my vagina, they are 100% more comfortable than tampons and never try to work their way out like tampons do. Once it is in, I do not feel it. And you know how tampons get "stuck" and hurt to pull out if they are not moist enough during your lighter days? Doesn't happen with these awesome little silicone cups! Your own natural lubricant still works when you dont have a wad of cotton shoved in there stealing it all. That's right, it catches blood but you still get to keep all those awesome secretions that keep your vajay comfy and healthy! And cramping...for whatever reason tampons always seemed to make my day 1 and 2 cramps even worse. I would say my cramping is halved when using the cups. Not gone, but not aggravated. I am pretty familiar with my body and the tilt of my vagina and curvature of my cervix so there was basically no learning curve for me. I just clover fold it and insert through the vagina into the vaginal fornix with a light tilt toward the rear left because that is where my cervix sits. I haven't missed yet. For the love of all things Holy, try a menstrual cup!!!

If you have heavy flow itโs a must have!
I bought about half a year ago and never used. Finally decided to. The large was too big even having had a kid so I switched to the smaller one and it fit perfectly. I didnโt feel it at all. No leaking. Perfection and Iโm sad I didnโt try sooner. My periods tend to be incredibly heavy and I have clotting frequently (when one passes I normally get a gush of blood) and tampons never could soak up the blood fast enough. Often times Iโd have leakage and overflow. Iโd go through 10 tampons easy and would still have to wear pads for overflow, especially at night. I actually slept late and when I got up, I didnโt need to run to the bathroom with overflow running down my legs. I lazily walked to the bathroom and being at the 12 hr mark, I noticed no blood in my undies! It was a bit awkward taking out but no mess tbh. Putting in and taking out can be tricky and awkward but itโs not bad and so much better than tampons or pads. Easily cleaned. Try it especially if you have a heavy flow!

Give it a couple tries
This is the first menstrual cup I've ever used and I have had the opportunity to test it out properly. I have fairly light flow so I have only tried the smaller size as of right now. Ease of use: This is the only thing that might dissuade someone not to use a cup. You must sterilize the cup before use on the first day and again after your final use. In between, you will need to remove, rinse/clean, and reinsert your cup a couple times a day depending on your flow. If you are using a public toilet with multiple cubicles, it will be more of a hassle. Capacity: Fantastic. The small size holds 30ml, which is more than enough for me to not have to worry about it for most of the day. I was unsure of how often to empty the cup at first but they hold significantly more liquid than tampons. I cleaned and reinserted right before bed and had no leaks. Comfort: Insertion took me a little getting used to. You need to fold the cup and get up in your own business to make sure it's properly fitted against the cervix. The first time I tried to use it, the cup apparently didn't unfold into place correctly and I had a leak. Made sure it was unfolded after that and no leakage since. Once you have it in, however, it's easy to completely forget about. I really like not having a tampon string hanging down because it irritates my skin; the cup has a short stem which stays inside. Extras: Comes with a sanitation container you can use to boil-clean your cups. 2 large and 2 small cups. Also has a little bag you can use but it's small a cheap enough that I don't bother and just use a different bag. Very happy with my purchase, though I might have to try another brand to see if there are cups with a slightly thinner silicone lip.

Amazing
I have never written an Amazon product review, but I was really impressed by this item. I was a little unsure for the first few uses (hard to trust that it wouldn't leak at all), but I had no issues with it all week. Even with a heavy flow, there was zero leakage (I have only been using the small size and changed it once mid-day and before bed and after waking up. I probably couldn't gone all of or most of the day, but I was (and am) still learning about how best to use the product for myself. Steep learning curve (especially for inserting), but by the end of the week, it was easy and comfortable (definitely nice to do in the shower until you're more comfortable with it). After getting used to taking it in and out, it's very clean and simple, even on heavy days. I don't see myself ever using something else. So much better than having to change tampons multiple times a day and worry all day about leaking and whatnot. Love it--definitely try it out.

Stiff and painful
These are not very pliable and the large is painful to put in and take out. Not very comfortable while in either. Used it one day and never again. I can deal with the small. They hold and seal good. Going back to the other brand I bought and used for years with no problem.

LIFE CHANGING!!
O M G...got it in the mail yesterday & tried it for the first time today. Today is the first time in all my 30+ years of having a cycle that I have not used a pad or tampon!!! ๐๐ซฃ๐ซก UNREAL!!! I ran errands this morning & completely forgot I was testing this bad boy out LOL. There was absolutely NO leakage. AANNNDD, I couldn't tell it was in. So comfortable. This is a complete GAME CHANGER for me!! As soon as I got home, after my four hour errands run (lol), I removed it & replaced it with a fresh one. Being sure to remain sanitary through the steps. The removal was easy and pain free. I do recommend ALL first timers to watch a YouTube video that completely explains & demonstrate how to insert & remove. The YouTuber that I found to be EXTREMELY helpful was Red Herring. UPDATE: So last night was my first overnight experience with the cup.....๐ฅ๐ฅ..... At some point during the night I got up to use the bathroom & discovered that there was indeed some leakage ๐จ๐ฑ........of spotting proportion ๐คฃ๐ฅณ๐๐ฝ๐๐พ. UNREAL!! Spotting proportion for ME ๐. Someone who has to double up at night with the really thick & extra long overnight pad accompanied with one of the thinner orange overnight pads to insure I completely line the ENTIRE back portion of my panty (& still get overflow). Yes, I just put that out there for the world to read ๐คฃ๐. Anywho, I completely stand by my ๐๐๐๐๐ for this product!!๐คฉ

Wish I started using it earlier.
Iโm very glad I finally made the switch from pads to the menstrual cup. I researched a lot on how to use it and handy tips esp when Iโm outdoors.. the pack of 4 is ideal for my usage. 2 large ones for the heavier days and 2 smaller ones for the lighter days. Very easy to use and extremely comfortable.

Super comfy
Really like this one. Much more comfortable than the ones with a flat edge on the bottom. Have been using them for years. This is the most comfortable one.
