Q: What size will the soap be once it is cut?

2 1/2 inches. The height depends on how much you fill in. My dried soap was 2". The thickness, of course depends on how thick you cut it. I liked it.

Q: Are the shrink wraps eco-friendly?

I so not believe that they are. You also nees to be very careful when heat shrinking them.
