I recently moved in with my parents and brought my 3 well behaved small breed dogs. I purchased this to partition the dogs into one room.I chose this one with the gate as my parents are elderly and climbing over a partition is not an option. Please note the gate only opens one way.For some reason the brown version seemed to come with more feet? Which was good.The hinges are 360 degrees for the panels themselves making it flexible to position. But if you need to double up panels in a smaller space the feet don’t work on that section. The feet need space to straddle single panels only.There are two bolts but mine don’t line up. I’ve just made do because I don’t need them my dogs are so well behaved.I’ve also set it up as a playpen in the hexagonal shape and it was perfect. Also rectangular.Downside is it’s very heavy and bulky to love about and reposition. But that’s also a positive right? Because it needs to be heavier to be effective and safer for its purpose.It is like an outer layer is glued onto a more basic wood underneath and mine has started to bubble in places. But it’s not noticeable to others.I think it looks good and serves the purpose. I also liked the shape of the top of the panels and that the insert is metal.Be realistic about your pets or if there are any children who are going to be rough with it. As I don’t think it would be safe or effective it is free standing after all. It is not suitable for children it is definitely for calm well behaved pets.

Packaged well, sturdy with or without the 5 supplied feet.Easy to fit the 2 gate bolts into pre-drilled holes.The 2 ends are joined by small rods, seem OK, but maybe could have been a bit thicker or one rod, we will see.We bought this for our 11 month Cavalier who had finally put holes in a cloth portable pen.Not only will we be using this as a pen, but also opening it up between rooms to go across the gap between the lounge and kitchen using the feet.Update: Has worked very well and really pleased with it.Looks better in the lounge than a metal crate, less intrusive and our pup will even go in and out on his own when the gate is open.The feet are a bit cumbersome and our pup tries to chew them, but they have stood up to it, better than when I tripped on one and broke it!We don't use the feet when on carpet, but do on laminate.The metal within the wood is good as he has tried to chew the metal, if not the wood which he can't get to very well.

I needed something extra to increase my bunnie's current enclosurer and it is great. It just adds and gives them more space. They've tried chewing the metal bars to no avail which is great. In terms of strudiness, I still put a chair on one side just in case my bunnies could possibly push it. I doubt it but just in case. The height is great too as they cannot jump over. They are mini lop rabbits. And the door features means I can go in and out easily too.

Well made out of wood with conventional hinges and bolts. Works a treat compared with cheaper plastic hinged alternatives. Expensive at full price but a bargain if you can get a reduction (eg warehouse or black friday). Very happy with it.

Good quality, no assembly required, looks good!

Happy with the purchase as it arrived in time and as advertised. Bought it for my 8-week old puppy. It is heavy/sturdy enough and can be used as a pen or expand as a fence to limit it to a specific area of the house. Looks hardy and should last for a long time. A bit on the expensive side but worth the price.

I bought this when I moved into my new home as I had an open plan area which i needed to partition off during the day. It is a bit space so a stair gate wasn't going to fit. When I bought this I was worried that spending £200 would be extravagant if it didn't do a really good job. Fortunately it was worth every penny. It is sturdy enough for a small to medium sized dog. It is safe and easily manoeverable. I can highly recommend this product.

Very nice looking and functional gate. Quality materials (wood and metal). The latch is a bit flimsy, but overall good purchase.

After bringing home our new puppy, we needed a safe and comfortable area for him when we were not home or unable to watch him directly. The Unipaws playpen is perfect. It is large enough for movement. He has a bed and still has room to lay or play. It is good quality and even looks nice in the room.

Was exactly as described, it is the most beautiful pet playpen I have ever seen. Very modular, changes into a lot of different configurations. The panel joins are nice and close, as well as the bars in the panels, so our 2.6 lbs Maltese cannot escape or cause injury to himself. It is a beautiful piece of furniture looking pet playpen I have seen, plus you can purchase additional panels to increase its size. The door is a swing-in door with a latch to keep it shut, and makes it easy to walk in, out or through. There are rubber feet on the bottom on the panels so it won't scratch your floors, and because of the slide-on feet braces we do not have to drill it together or to our walls. We are very pleased. The order came very quickly as well. A very well made and thought out pet playpen. Note it would probably not be ideal for someone looking to transport it about, since it is very sturdy it can be too heavy for that application. This is more a piece of furniture.

Very sturdy and good quality gate. No assembly required, except you have to put the latches on the door. Arrived quickly with no issues. The height is perfect and it is the perfect length to separate my kitchen and living area. I have a super wide opening and this gate fits. Not only does it fit, other gates tend to lose their stability once they get so long but this one is very stable.
