The frame itself seems of fine quality for a frame in this price point -- it was well packed and delivered without shipping damage. However, after removing the back of the frame, it was clear that the saw used to size the plexiglass was dull or the wrong type. Both the top and bottom cuts of the plastic were rough, with several larger chips (including one that extends past the bottom of the wood of the frame; visible from the front when the frame is assembled). None of this was visible prior to removing the protective plastic (and could not have been caused by shipping). If they invest in better cutting equipment, this would be a fine frame.

I feel guilty. These frames are great quality and just what I expected, except I needed a wire in order to hang. Since it said hanging hardware included, I sent a message to the seller and the next thing I know I have a replacement order on my doorstep, literally the next day! It really was not necessary but just know if you want to hang it you will need a wire to connect the two loops on the attached hardware. Frames look great!

Needed six 17 in. frames but the price was out of the question, found this 18 in which I could use but adding a small filler top and bottom and it looks good. Frame has a backing board that has clips that hold it in place and hooks that you can hang it by which a lot of frames do not have. Have ordered five more to complete my picture hanging project. Recommend to anyone who wants an inexpensive frame that is of good quality.

These are perfectly fine for tabletop use, but if you're using them to hang, I'd suggest getting another product. Instead of using a center hook, you need to hang from the two upper corners using the triangle hooks they provide. It's difficult to measure since the hooks are not centered.

This frame is just what I was looking for - I could not find this frame in a store (I live in a small town), and it's just the right size. The frame was clean, well protected, not scratched. The plastic film does reflect light quite a bit, but I was expecting that. It's plastic, not glass after all. Someday I might replace it with real glass, but for now it's just fine. The frame is cheap, don't fool yourself, but for a cheap frame in such a large and somewhat non-standard size (9x13) I am very happy.

Worked perfectly for my 5x7 photo that I wanted to put in an 8x10 frame.

If this wasn't a last-minute gift, I would've returned it. It has a dent on the left side of the frame, I noticed it as soon as I opened its packaging. One of the clips on the back of the frame doesn't even work, it's super loose. It does not feel sturdy at all. I regret buying it and wish I went with a different option.

Feels solid, great quality. The image I ordered has not come in yet so I have the stock photo in it for the time being. Overall great product.
