These little patches are wonderful for people who bleed easily or a lot. They actually stop the bleeding immediately. The only downside side is they are small. The package has 10 sterile patches…8 one inch square and 2 two inches square so you may have to use two or three to cover a larger wound. They are definitely worth it though. We just need to convince the company to also make some larger ones.

Problem and the way my body needs a product like this to help my blood clot. I clotting issues. I have it really helps. They have this around the house. I keep extra at all times.

I have not had an opportunity to try these out yet. I had run out of my blood control pads and bandages. Had to use the last one on a cut I got on a mandolin. I can't find the pads that control bleeding anymore. Not sure why but they worked the best. These seem pretty thin and small so I hope they help if I need something like this again.

I am on 2 blood thinners. When I cut/gouge myself, getting the bleeding to stop can be very difficult. This product is what I consider a life saver in some cases, aas it does clot the wound & stops the bleeding. I highly recommend this product!

Absolutely love this dressing. I fell & landed on the heel of my right palm getting road rash. Road rash is always bad & hard to heal. Everytime you change a bandage it seems like you tear up your skin again & introduce infection. This time - I cleaned the wound, rinsed with Saline, used BloodStop, wet the gauze with saline, wiped away excess moisture around the guaze and applied a Niceful Hydrocolloid Dressing. It lasted for 4 days of normal activity. I was careful but I use my hands a lot & on the last day had to press a lot to remove moisture. The bandage and the gauze protected my wound. By the end of day 5, the bandage loosened. To change it, I rinsed slowly with water & peeled it off. The Blood Stop Gauze was still in place & didnt move. I trimmed a new bandage to better fit the wound size & it lasted 6 days. I'm on bandage #3 & have not had to change the gauze. I rinse with saline & pat dry around the gauze before putting the new bandage on. I've had no infection & the size of my road rash is about 1/5 of the original size. Love this stuff & highly recommend it!!
