Hooked after 1 cup
This is delicious! I've been wanting to try this tea for forever and finally bought it. After reading a lot of reviews that said one pack for every 4-6 oz, we put 1 1/2 packets in 9oz cups and it was really good, but quite sweet. I figured it had powdered milk in it, but not sweetener as well. I was surprised to read that some people added honey in theirs. This morning, I just put one pack in the same cup and it was fine. I like sweet but two packets was just too much for me. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious! Just not for every day. Maybe if we had it in a 12-14oz cup, it would be different? Maybe for those of you who don't want super sweet as well, add your second packet a little at a time and taste as you go depending on cup size. Anyway, I'll be looking for this tea somewhere in bulk because 10 packs will be gone before I know it. =D

It would be better to order a bigger pack of this.
Fast shipping. The tea tastes wonderful too! Something I might want to let others know is that if you're like me and live in a country where people drink tea out of large cups (coffee cups, etc.), then it would be better to order a bigger pack of this. The servings are small and clearly meant for small tea sets. It takes about two packets to fill a small coffee cup. However, I'm not letting the serving size detract from the quality of the product since drinking small amounts of tea seems to be the norm in Japan.

Meant for convenience, nothing but.
Not necessarily a bad thing. It's the primary reason I bought this, so I can have something while at work because my breaks aren't exactly long. It tastes okay. What I like to do is pour about 8 - 10 oz, fills a regular sized mug, with hot water. It's a bit watered down at that point. So while it's still hot, I pour a plastic spoonful or two of honey and mix it in.

Good
I really enjoyed the taste. I saw some comments stated it wasnt as sweet, but I had no problems with that. I didn't really add a certain amount of water just eyeballed it and added less water, poured the packet, and adjusted it as needed. I added a little bit of milk to cool it down quicker and it was delicious. I definitely recommend this tea.

Fruity and less earthy
This gives more of a fruity flavor than I’d like. I like teas more earthy. But this is good if I’m ever in the mood for hot milk tea, iced the fruity stands out more

For the Milk and Tea Lover On the Go
Yum! I saw canned versions, but wanted to try this first. Great taste. I add agave for a bit of sweet. wWonderful for travel and is quite the conversation starter. The instructions are in Japanese! So use Google Translate app via Google Lens and you can get the translation. Basically put a packet in a cup of hot water, stir and enjoy!
