This is much more conscientious and easier to use than its competitors. I like the features of being able to do swaps and trades as well with its exchanges it integrated into to as well as the safety of not having to leave my crypto on the exchange.

Had this for a few months now. I keep it in my wallet and has been working good.

This wallet while I can see it needing to be replaced every few years for the battery potentially but certainly the buttons sake depending on usage. I think the peace of mind provided for $40 cost is well worth it if you deal in any substantial amount of crypto. While it doesn't offer everything it offers a lot compared to something like a ledger where you have all sorts of wallets but only 6 at a time.Cons:slow support if you encounter any issues, in my case I had EOS balance not showing up due to no memo and the app had forgotten my saved Eos account, I got no email alerting me that the issue was fixed, but about a week later it was.They do tell you what bep39 modifiers to use when recreating keys for specific wallets, however in my case I was not able to properly recreate keys, I think creating their own private key recreation tool, with proper warnings to users would be a good move. I believe it would be extremely useful for someone who wants access in extreme situations to their private keys i.e. EOS balance is on account simply not appearing in the safepal app due to no memo.

The media could not be loaded.  Update: After finally getting ahold of customer support they told me they would send me out a replacement but wanted me to send the old one back, I agreed and then the games began.. they wanted me to do price checks for them on shipping and I did but the prices weren't good enough I guess so they told me to check other places, after telling them I simply wanted to get this process over and not do the footwork for them they then notified me that I could contact Amazon for a replacement.. After contacting Amazon for the replacement Amazon decides to tell me that their replacement window is closed and they can't do anything for em they can't even contact the seller's and I must go back to SafePal.Long story short you are better of going elsewhere to get a crypto wallet because there is some scam bs going on with this company and it's just not cool. I have nothing but a brick laying here that they can't even explain what happened to it but they want to play tag with each other instead of fixing the problem.The device was pulled out of storage and refuses to charge, the device reset itself and kept giving a -502 error while trying to recover the wallet.. After getting into upgrade mode I downloaded the firmware and attempted to update the wallet and the upgrade failed and gave a -71&-91 error code. I've searched their website and they have nothing about, the discord couldn't help and customer service hasn't responded with two support tickets sent.I looked online and noticed that it's a common problem and no one can figure it out... I honestly feel I should have just bought a more reliable one and would recommend others get one elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

The device was working as advertised. You synch the device to the Safepal app. Once you stored crypto, the app tracks prices and balances. It’s very easy to buy or swap crypto within the app. The keys on the pad are very small but it shouldn’t be a dealbreaker. The real problem is that there’s a glitch that I wasn’t able to figure out whether it’s from the app or the hardware. Basically, on two separate occasions several of my crypto balances disappeared. My link, SNX, CRV, AAVE went to zero whilst my BTC, ETH, XRP, XLM were still showing a balance. So twice I had to contact Safepal support who took 72 hrs to respond. Within that period you can imagine the stress i was going through. Fortunately, without more explanation customer support replied 3 days later saying that the issue had been fixed and i needed to restart the app. Sure enough, I restarted the app (hard down swipe) and the crypto were back on my account. Unfortunately, the lost funds occurred at a time that it was critical for me to sell due to an ongoing market crash.I also experienced another glitch. Suddenly the Safepal app on my iPhone stopped generating bar codes. Without the bar codes you can’t dispose of your crypto whether to sell, swap, or send. Again, I contacted Safepal and this time they only took 36hrs to respond asking me to describe the problem and send screenshots. Obviously, they had no clue about thus glitch. I was able to fix the problem myself by installing the app on a spare tablet i have. I synched the tablet to the app and it started generating the barcodes again.I deleted the Safepal app on my iPhone and reinstalled. So now the Safepal app is working on both my iPhone and tablet.I followed up with Safepal for an explanation as to why these glitches happened and to let them know that it causes unnecessary stress and monetary losses. I never heard back from them.At this time I can honestly say that I cannot trust Safepal app/wallet due to these unpredictable glitches and piss poor customer service. It can happen at any time and of you’re not lucky as I was, your crypto may be gone.I actually ended up writing this review as I was on amazon looking for a new crypto wallet.In all fairness, since I’m subscribed to different crypto groups, in my despair I asked around to other people whether they’ve had these issues. They seem to be uncommon. But bear in mind that all the glitches I went through can potentially lock you out of your crypto permanently.As I have researched more wallets and read reviews, it seems that crypto wallets are susceptible to glitches. What is unacceptable, it’s the inability for the user to call a phone number and talk to customer support.I understand that the price tag on the Safepal is very attractive but Personally, I can’t wait to put my S1 in the trash.

After using several other well known hardware wallets, I was impressed by the ease of use and the smooth interaction between the SafePal software wallet and the SafePal hardware wallet. The design of the interactions for sending and receiving is super easy and contributes to your peace of mind when sending. The process of creating contacts (storing contact addresses using QR codes reduces entry error and ensures you are sending to the correct address) speeds up sending and receiving while reducing errors. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

Dont buy from here. These are ised wallets. After sometime your crytpo gets wiped out automaticall. Trust me. I used it and all my coins wiped out atumatically as this is used wallets . Dont buy
