Cheaply made jewelry it broke within two weeks. Customer care sucks

The chain is very sturdy. The clasp is on the small side so my mom had trouble with it. We put a magnetic clasp on and now it’s perfect for her 75 year old fingers. It’s really a beautiful necklace.

Nice chain but very fragile. My son (18 yrs old) accidentally broke it three days after he got it.

I liked the way it wouldn’t kink and durable. However it’s paper thin practically, not as thick as my fingernail I just purchased this for my son along with a small pendant. He may have worn it a couple of hours at most before he was trying to straighten the clasp back around to the back of his neck when it broke. I was very upset after all he barely tugged the necklace to straighten such an expensive piece to only wear for a short moment.

I sent it back the next day. It was not the correct length of what it had shown or said, very thin, and was not what it looked like at all and especially for that price. Still waiting on my refund.
