Seems good so far, if I trickle water across my shoe it does indeed run off. I hope it lasts well, I expect it's only reasonable to assume that it will need to be re applied after 6months.

got this as a cheap option to try on some embroidered patches that i will be wearing outside and inevitably will get wet. and wow, it really works well. followed the instructions on the can, perfect outcome. ran them under the tap at varying pressures for ages, all the water just bounced off. i couldn't even press drops of water into the threads. i'm sure it'll wear out over time with friction, but for keeping my patches resistant against the rain, this is exactly what i wanted.

I have to have a can of this every winter and it never fails. Seals all of my faux suede boots so I can step out in the rain without fear of soggy boots and wet feet. Great product.
