Cloister HoneyWhipped Honey with Ghost Pepper, 9 OZ

I had tried this honey in North Carolina and it was delicious. So when I got back to Wisconsin I ordered some on line. When I received it I was extremely disappointed. It was very hard and had a gritty, sugary texture. It was definitely not the smooth honey that I was expecting. I really wanted to return it or exchange it but I wasn't sure if I could do that with food. I sure wish that could get the smooth, salted honey that I had in North Carolina, but I am afraid to order it again.

It has a handful of lavender flowers on top - which is honestly gross. You end up with dried out flowers floating around in your tea. It tastes more like soap flavored honey. Would not buy again.

This is the best honey ever. I've never tried whipped honey before, so this sets really high expectations for any future honey purchases. I love the lavender flavor; it adds a little extra divinity.

It's a little pricey for honey, but I love it. Especially in coffee. I wish it would have gone further for the money.
