I can't imagine making cookies in this simply b/c there concave a person would usually use a spatula to remove cookies from it's surface, right, so my ? to you is what kind of cookies would be cooked so deep in this mold? I only use it with wafers & ice cream you know ice cream sandwiches... Dang now you've started something now I've got a taste for em' thanks alot🤤

Can you put just straight ice cream in these and freeze them?

Using 1 oz of Toll House cookie dough, I felt that my cookies were too thick to allow for a perfect ice cream to cookie ratio. To remedy this, I put my homemade ice cream in first, filled the mold to the top, then placed a cookie on top. My plan was to pop them out and then add the second cookie to make a sandwich. It was a disaster. Half the ice cream remained in the mold. I had to improvise by using a butter knife to remove the ice cream from the mold and add it to the sandwich. My ice cream was not dense enough. If anyone has pointers, I'd appreciate your advice.
