Broke on the first day
I am a carpet installer and do this for a living, I decided to go with this one instead of the cheaper option they have thinking it would be better quality. After installing 1 set of stairs with this kicker I saw that 3 pins broke off, gotta say that I am disappointed. If anyone knows how I can get this replaced with the warranty please let me know

Professional kicker
Really pleased with this Roberts carpet knee kicker. It feels solid, sturdy and well made, and makes getting a good tight finish when fitting or adjusting carpet much easier than trying to do it without the proper tool. The adjustable gripper pins hold the carpet securely and allow you to set the depth to suit different carpet thicknesses without causing unnecessary damage. The padded end is comfortable and provides enough cushioning when working, while the overall size and weight make it easy to control and position accurately, particularly around edges, doorways and corners. It made a noticeable difference to getting the carpet properly stretched and neatly fitted against the gripper. Overall, a very useful, professional-feeling tool that does exactly what it is designed to do.
