Very authentic, easy to make mild curry sauce
Very authentic Chinese curry sauce. It starts off looking very watery but it thickens quickly and to a nice consistency so don't panic. Not too spicy hot which suits me fine. I add onions and peas to the chicken, just like in a Chinese version. Makes up very easily, just add water.

Lovely curry sauc
I got this as I usually get it from my local butcher but they have put the price up lot. My husband and son love this curry sauce they have it with lots of things not just as a curry. It is easy to make. I don't really follow the instructions all I do is boil the water I need and then add the powder to the thickness I want, if I am making a curry I add it to the pan and thicken it that way.

It's fine as a simple sauce.
Not actually Yeungs but Youngs not sure what the difference is however you kind of expect to receive what is advertised. I like to jazz it up a wee bit with some additional ingredients however as a take away style sauce it does what it says.
