Pristine Grain Free Cage-Free Duck Recipe Morsels in Gravy Wet Cat Food

I have two picky eaters. The food looks good from a human standpoint. there are small square chunks of "chicken" in gravy. the cats are both excited when I put it out, but on returning a few minutes later I see a plate full of licked-clean chunks - that they won't eat. If they packaged just the gravy they would love it.

We have tried a whole variety of cat foods, but my cat is extremely picky (more so than I have run into with prior cats). Then I discovered Castor & Pollux pouches in 4 varieties. She loves them and begs for her meals. The Whitefish is her favorite of the four flavors I feed her. These are bite size morsels in gravy. She gives this food a five "meow" star rating.

This seems to be a very high grade of cat food, and I would love to be able to use this with my kitties. They are very picky eaters and are not happy unless there is a significant amount of "gravy" with their wet food. I ordered this food because a response to a question I asked was that it did have gravy. It does, but just not enough to satisfy my kitties. I could just water it down, but I would rather be able to find a quality wet food that is about half solid and half liquid.

OK, maybe they mostly eat the gravy, and leave much of the bits of meat, but that in itself is a miracle for these fussy cats :) So expensive for basically a bit of gravy, but whatever it takes, I'm in. You bet I'm squeezing every little bit of that magic sauce out of the bag :) They are excited when they hear me get out their bowls.

Both of my cats like this for the most part, although, after a few days of eating it, they tend to leave more in the bowl unfinished... so we switch to a different flavor or grain free brand for a bit. They do know the difference between wild caught vs. farmed, and conventionally grown vs. pastured, and won't eat the farmed or conventionally grown stuff. Castor & Pollux appears to be the real deal!

Cats do like it and ingredients better than most wet cat foods. Wish it came as a pate as this is preferred by my cats. I mash this up (time consuming) with a fork prior to feeding my cats.

I've tried so many foods and this is the only one both my cats love. One needs CBD oil and won't chew and is insanely picky, so i squeeze the gravy onto his plate and the lucky girl gets the bits. Everyone is happy. My pet stores stopped carrying them, but the bulk price on Amazon was better anyway.

My cat is finicky and I had a hard time finding wet food that she would eat. She loves this food and I like that the ingredients are healthy.
