Perfect fit, stronger than its rivals
This turned out perfect and it fits our GE Dryer, which I wasn't sure of since neither the GE website nor the manual lists all the part numbers.This also come with a tiny strip of metal that they wrapped around the inside plastic part of the knob. You know, the part of it that broke. It should be stronger than any of the knobs without it. Since we didn't know if this one would work we ordered another one too. The second one fit as well but it doesn't have thr metal strip on the inside.I hope this thing lasts for a long time.

Better then the original 10yo OEM knob it replaced
The original knob split down the middle in the keyed part that pushes on to the controller. This must have been a common failure point because the new OEM knob has a metal outer ring on that spindle to reinforce it and prevent it from coming apart even if the plastic splits. The new design should last forever.

Ive tried two or three aftermarkets and they break FAST (like within a year or not much more). It's not even any/much difference in price for the original, so it's a no-brainer. This one looks cleaner too on the machine and feels like it's gripping on the inside the way it's meant to be (compared to aftermarkets cracking and slowly losing that grip). Thank you Amazon and GE for making this available!

Gets the job done
It's a dryer knob. Works perfectly, with a secure , wiggle free fit.Ridiculously priced, but they all are and it beats the heck out of buying a new dryer!
