I was skeptic but miss omelettes so much. Add less water to make it firmer for flipping. My favourite part of an omelet is all the spinach and veggies and this holds it all together perfectly. Not the best looking omelet, but definitely an egg consistency. Does not taste like chick peas but not truly an egg flavour either. The flavour is very neutral. If you add pepper and olive oil it's really good. I will definitely buy again. I've only been trying omelettes, next I'll try quiche. So happy to have breakfast again! Didn't help much....but if I can draw any parallel to real eggs ..it's that...after having could of spoons/bites...it feels heavy...like if you make scrambles only out of the yolk and no white...
