Great tape I have tried many brands before Muller. I use it for weight lifting, tapping my wrists to prevent injuries. Pre wrap is not needed for maximum support. Very sticky, make sure your skin is dry before applying. Does not cause skin irritation. I have used it for over 30+ years, from taping my ankles in high school basketball, after blowing both out on the court, to weight lifting over 30+ years including contending in a body building show in 1993 thank you :-)! taping wrists playing mens soft ball for 25+ years wining team home run titles, including wining teem tournament titles. Excellent product & quality

Bought this for the high school football team for October games because they are really into breast cancer awareness. This particular tape is a little thin to do actual kinesiology wrapping and have it be stable, that and we were running out extremely quick. We ended up using it as the outside of the ankle wraps we do mostly for the color. Worked well for what we wanted and we will be buying a lot more next season!

My son loves this tape. He has been using it for years while he rodeos and it is one that we keep on hand at our home and order when he travels in the summer.

my daughter loved the product when it arrived and stated it was exactly what she needed to tape her ankles for volleyball. however, tearing that tape was a challenge at times. it was hit or miss--at times it tore very easily and without damaging the tape. loved when that happened. yet trying to tear it again a few inches down the roll and we had a mess on our hands and bunch of botched and crumpled spots. for the record, we're both able to fight our way out of a paper bag (honest, we're not that weak!) but clearly we haven't gotten the hang of it after practicing on a good part of a roll. we still love the product and are determined to prevail on this one without resorting to scissors :)

If your looking to buy in bulk, this is the way to go! I had several ankle injuries as a gymnast, which resulted in me taping my ankles every day. The tape costs started to build up and buying tape everyday wasn't very functional. Each of these boxes lasted me about 2.5-3 months and the tape itself was good quality tape. It rarely had any problems with adhesion and lasted through each of my 4 hour practices.
