Review: Autel did what it said brilliant - Autel scanner had to be reterned it failed to update because of server issues internet worked here but the scanner would not cconnect period.I tried to contact Autel UKvia the phone number on site.Which turned out to be pointless I was asked if this was a UK scanner I gave the make number and was told this is a CN version and would not help me.After several attempts I gave up the support for this scanner is a red hearing be aware. Previosly worked well but internal soft ware for updates just dissapered I had know where to go. The scanner worked well up to starting it up and see all lost.It went down hill from then .Placed and made a return to desertcart for refund.Im totally dissapointed by the lack of quality control and false claims to be linked to autel uk

Autel scanner had to be reterned it failed to update because of server issues internet worked here but the scanner would not cconnect period.I tried to contact Autel UKvia the phone number on site.Which turned out to be pointless I was asked if this was a UK scanner I gave the make number and was told this is a CN version and would not help me.After several attempts I gave up the support for this scanner is a red hearing be aware. A nice functional tester that is easy to use and connect. Wide selection of adapters included. Also all comes in hard cases, so unlikely to be damaged. Would recommend!
