Really Smart!
Listened to the Convenience Revolution on a long driving road trip. Really great book with illustrative stories and relatable examples. Hard to argue his assertion that companies are winning by eliminating friction in the buying process. He backs it up again and again. The real gauge of a business book is if you look at the work differently based on what you learned. I do.

I’m very disappointed
The book is very basic and I knew most everything before reading it. I didn’t like the way the author showcase giants empires like Amazon, Walmart and Starbucks as some kind of example to small business. He usually support those showcases by anonymous quotes signed by “online review of Walmart/IKEA/ Starbucks”. The most disappointing thing for me , is that I thought I could get some good advices to improve my small business and I couldn’t find any helpful idea.
