ProShuffle Automatic 1-6 Deck Professional Card Shuffler

I was skeptical when I purchased this shuffler. It was a lot of money for a pastime purchase. That being said, we purchased it anyway, as we have to buy at least 4 battery operated shufflers each year. And as it turns out, this is a great little shuffler so far. We use it once a week for about 6 hours at a time and it does a good job of holding up so far. Occasionally, it will flip a card or two over in the shuffling process but if you are paying attention you can catch it. We do try to cut the deck a few times before shuffling to try to mix the cards up and get a good fresh start each time. If you play a lot of cards or with more than 1 deck, I think you will like this...and it is much quieter than battery operated models.

The first time I used it the thing was amazing! It worked last year around the holiday season when we played blackjack. Only one holiday season is how long it lasted just for thanksgiving, Christmas and new year. This year took out and plugged it in to shuffle a couple decks just to make sure it was working, when I turned it on it didn't make any noise and did not work at all. Update: 11/29/19 I reached out to customer service with ProShuffle via e-mails back and forth and customer service rep/tech was totally awesome!!! Brian walked me through a couple minor issues that could be causing my problem with the unit not coming on. My ProShuffle is back to working like it did the first two times that I used it; which by the way, is absolutely phenomenal. Seriously shuffling 6 decks of cards (3 on each side of the machine) in 2 seconds. It is a must have for people that are playing blackjack. This machine is one of the coolest purchases that I have made on amazon. If you are debating on whether to get it...……….stop debating it is well worth the money. Later down the road if you even have any issues at all, their customer service will take care of everything and you do not have to worry.

If you have to shuffle 4 decks of cards or more this is the only way to do it. It does have a problem shuffling brand new very slick cards. It got better after the cards were handled. I think that the weights could be heavier, this might help with the slick cards. Update: Have used this extensively for four decks. Standard size cards shuffle OK with a little extra figure guidance and weight. The cards still get caught along the sides of the lift. Non standard sized cards and decks of different widths: this is a disaster. The cards get caught, flipped upside down and caught along the sides of the lift. It is still easier than shuffling by hand. Will be interesting to see how it handles 6 decks. I recommend cutting the cards into several piles and re stacking them in an arbitrary order then placing in the shuffler at least twice. Especially for new decks or if you are playing hand & foot.

We are using this shuffler daily ~ love that it has an adapter so we do not have to run on batteries. When the shuffler starts to have problems shuffling the cards, we give the rollers a swipe with rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad. It is rather loud, but what shuffler is not. I would recommend this shuffler to anyone ~ especially if they do a lot of card playing. We use 3 to 4 decks and it works fine. And if the cards start to dump or get stuck, we clean off the rollers. Older cards give more problems than nice new ones. Glad we bought it!

The shuffler would be great if it worked. Received the original and it was broken. Contacted the seller and they sent a replacement and a return label, but the second one stopped working before it finished the first shuffle. Tried different decks and different power sources, but it does not function properly. Am contacting the seller to return both.Does not work and definitely not worth the price.

Not quite the quality I expected for the $ I paid. Doesn't work well with a used deck. Works fine with 6 new decks.

I just opened the box today and used the shuffler. It worked Great! BUT. . . after the third time shuffling, there was oil leaking from the bottom of the unit. The reviews were not very good about this product, but I wanted to try it anyway. We had tryed 3 of the battery operated shufflers and with the 6 decks we were using shuffling by hand was not an options. The reviews hated the way the machine looked, it was ok nothing like I expected from the reviews. It had s plastic cover and was silver in color, supposedly to give a distressed look. It was fine. I didn't order a high end product so didn't expect stainless steel. I wanted one that worked! The weights used on top of the cards make all the difference. Both sides go down equally. The instructions also said if the shuffling was not going well use new cards. Thet was the perfect solution. Using that simple solution we were able to recycle some of the old battery operated machines. I would not hesitate to get another one of these shufflers. It was expensive but I have not had to replace batteries everyother time we played cards as I use the electric option. Also I have not had to keep ordering new machines to have one that will work for a month or 2. Order one today!

Works well for the cost. I recommend it. We use it for multiple decks, occasionally has a misfire but overall works as advertised.

Le ProShuffle fonctionne mais c'est insultant de voir qu'on m'a envoyé un produit tout bossé !!! Selon-moi il s'agit d'un article usagé que l'on m'a envoyé ou un article retourné. L'idée c'est de savoir que amazon fait affaire avec des fournisseurs qui ont à cœur leurs clients. Manifestement ce n'est pas le cas ici car quelqu'un d'attentionné n'aurait pas accepté d'envoyer à un acheteur un item avec ce visuel ! Je sais que je peux le retourner mais c'est du temps perdu. Néanmoins ce manque de professionnalisme mérite cette critique !
