Easy to prepare taste great quality.

These are not made from Mung Bean but rather with peas and sweet peas. That being said they are delicious and a bit more nutritious than 100% Mung Bean Noodles (Mung Bean has more fiber than peas). The texture when making them in stir fries are the same as Mung Bean Noodles but they do taste slightly bit different. Honestly I love them both and will continue to buy them both. These are good quality, the size is a bit small so make sure to prepare accordingly when cooking for multiple people since Vermicelli Noodles don't grow/puff much like other types of noodles. Great texture and easy to cook on stir fries!

Cooks up nicely, great for cold noodle recipes.

Great bean thread (or glass) noodles. One thing, though, the package shows what looks like individual packs of noodles but in fact it is only one block of noodles. Otherwise, it is a 5 star product,

This are delicious gluten free noodles. I use these in my Chicken Hekka recipe. You are supposed to soak these separately first. Now I just add them straight to the large cooking pan. I just cook them a few minutes longer. It works out perfectly! I just love these noodles. They soak up the broth otherwise they have no taste of their own. I have been using these for decades. Be VERY careful in your selection as other packages may look like these, but they are very different!! 😩 I have made this mistake more than once. Read the description of these noodles carefully as you don’t want to buy the wrong item.
