This is the second time I have bought these - I had gone well over the recommended time frame for changing them. Changed the filters this morning and used the Shark - I had been wondering if I needed a new vac (I had previously washed the filters 3 times and they worked better). The carpets look great now - Shark was more effective in lifting dust and small pieces of debris from footwear and dog. No hairs on carpet (that was an issue before changing the filters as it wasn't lifting them effectively).No sneezing after using the Shark - the filters are working very well.This product is a great alternative to the official Shark filters - recommended.

I didn't read enough reviews before purchasing these filters but I took good care they were compatible with my model! I read through 'more recent' reviews not the older ones - big mistake! The quality is greatly inferior to the Shark originals and you can see by my photograph that the white sponge filter is much smaller than the original grey one and of completely different material - it doesn't fill the 'holder' like the original and the foam is more open. The flat felt-like filter seems quite good and fits perfectly. The HEPA filter is just a little too big for the holder - perhaps because the black foam filter is much thicker and open than the original. It slides into the Shark compartment but the holder is more difficult to click into place. Not worth the money even though the suction has improved noticeably. I've given my originals an extra good wash and keep using them until I can source proper ones. My Shark model is a NV601UKt.

I have had a Shark model for 2 years now and although I probably should have replaced these elements before now, I am quite happy that I did. You can wash these, and the factory elements the vacuum comes with a few times, but ideally replacing once a year if using regularly is a good idea for suction power and smell.These are great, they give you more than one, and the quality seems to be the same as the OEM. Winner in my book.

They do a good job

Arrived quickly. Not same quality as originals but probably not as costly either. Product will allow filters to be swapped for cleaning and machine still used. Add a few drops of a flowery disinfectant for perfumed vacuuming.

It's a shame I didn't check immediately after purchasing these (I got them a year ago and didn't think to check at the time) as the HEPA filter is too large and doesn't fit the Shark NV680UK.Also, the pre-motor filter (the tube) is also smaller than the original. It does fit, but as well as the original.The felt filter is slightly thinner and visibly not as well made as the original, but it fits.Overall, the quality of these filters is vastly lower than the Shark originals.

I must admit I am a little lax at changing these items on my vacuum cleaners! So when my Shark cleaner broke down recently (fortunately still under warranty) they advised getting new filters so now I have a new motor in my cleaner and new filters and the suction is much better now. There are two sets so I now have a spare and I am very pleased with my purchase and will now make sure I change the filters regularly!!
