First off, the flavor is amazing! It’s softer to chew compared to the preworkout gummies, but both are tasty. I take one a couple hours before every lift and the pump is amazing! I won’t use any other pump product :)

These are perfect. I've been looking for a stimulant free preworkout and this hits the spot. I was concerned with how many gummies i would have to eat for a serving but i was pleasantly surprised to see you only have to eat ONE! The gummy form is so much better than having to mix up yet another shake throughout the day.
