This works great with my travel trailer. No tension on my power cable where it plugs into the trailer

Reduces strain on power cord
Works as expected. Threads into plug nicely and holds my power cord tight. All important factors to reduce strain and potential for fire.

Should be standard on all 50amp RV's but collar is cheap
Before I bought this i went through 2 threaded twist rings on my 50 amp service cord where it hooks up to the RV. There was just to much tension on that big 50 amp cord causing the rings to break. I even started buying extra rings in case they would break while camping. I saw this 90° 50 amp service plug and I had to try it. Its works AWESOME. Now I just leave it on the 50 amp cord and all that tension it had is gone. This should be a standard on all 50 amp RV's or at least make the 50 amp cord in a 90°. No more broken rings, Fits snug, no more problems. Any of you that have a 50 amp service on your RV should get one of these. I know there $50 but well worth the purchase as you won't have further problems down the road that could ruin your camping trip.UPDATE>>>>>>Threaded collar ring broke the 3rd time using it. Had to replace it with an extra heavy duty one. It seems all collar rings that are on 50 amp cords are bad and you have to change them with a heavy duty one . Other than that it still works great. Changing collar ring, the collar must be warm and you can get about 3/4 of it on and the rest it takes a small screwdriver to press the collar trim into the threaded collar.

Works Great
Fit my 2021 Grand Design Reflection 28bh perfectly. Now I don’t have to worry about the weight of the cord. Sits 90 degrees. Much better.

A must addition for the new 50amp connection.
I have only used it once however it seems durable and easy to use. Sure makes a difference on the stress to the trailer connection which makes me wonder why trailer manufacturers include these with the sale considering it only makes sense to 45 it from the main connection? Expensive but considering the cost of replacing the outlet on the trailer due to stress break it is worth the investment.
