Won’t stay lit
Worked well at first but now won’t stay lit.

Pain to light, otherwise awesome.
Cooks my frozen steaks Pittsburgh style which is all I really wanted.

Slow to start
Slow to ignite.Works as expected, I haven’t done long bouts, but this thing will cook a steak perfectly within 10mins, which is perfect for me

Poor mans "Beefer" works great!
The first Zz pro arrived with a huge bow in the front and the packing was cracked. it had taken a major hit. Amazon promptly sent a replacement and it arrived in a few days. I am however glad I had not taken the first one to ups store yet as the second one was not damaged but did not have the propane hose or regulator in the box. it was also missing one of the pans. So i took the items from the first order box to make a complete, usable order. Now to the good part. The pro ignited quickly, heated up nice. I basically went to "The Beefers" home page and followed their instructions for cooking. Its a poor mans Beefer and works great. nice sear on the steaks, easy clean up and great results.....

Doesn’t last.
This unit stopped lighting properly after 4th use. Don’t buy it!

Works great for a great price
It took a bit for the regulator to allow it to start, but once there, it worked as advertised. High heat. It's fun to experiment with.The sear is so hot, it could leave a nice crust, but still leave the inside rare. I chose to sear a ribeye, then slice, add compound butter, then sear to medium rare. It worked great.

Not so good
Difficult to light on. Flame sometimes doesnt hold. Too small for a ribeye steak.Had no Manual inside the box.

Unit won’t stay lighted after 4th use
It cooks a great steak and seared Tuna however every since only after 3rd time of using it, it has become almost impossible to light due to the gas not coming out unless you hold the button down for a long time and go through lighting sequence for anywhere from 3 to 11 minutes. The 4th Time using the burner will not stay lit so unit doesn’t work. I switched propane bottles and still no luck. Called Amazon product support waiting for assistance from manufacturer.
