Limber up muscles before the gym
I use this product to stimulate muscles before I work that group at the gym. By massaging it into muscles that tend to cramp when stretching, the muscles are more responsive to the exercise/stretch. It has minimal scent, is not greasy and penetrates the skin easily.

Very Drying
I have been using this magnesium lotion and the company’s magnesium oil for 32 days. There is no way to know if I am benefitting in any way from them, and it is in no way helping me sleep better as some reviewers have mentioned using the oil. The only thing they both do is dry my skin badly. About an hour after application my skin looks thirty years older than it is! I have to stop using them.
