Works great in my Dell Inspiron 13 7383, I watched a couple of videos on how to install and it was very easy.

Battery died 6-7 months, company did not support 1 year warranty, they asked me to contact amazon, amazon said to contact manufatcurer....don't be fooled by false warranty claims of this company

Install was very smooth. Though after about 10 days the battery did not hold a charge. Worked with seller for satisfactory resolution. Would have been 5-stars if battery held up. Great communication from seller! Easy to work with. Will consider for future purchase.

It worked alright. Lasted me about 6 months. Noticed a big difference when I first installed it and was happy. But the battery life quickly decreased and would only hold 2 hours worth of charge. Then it got to the point where my laptop was sending me alerts again saying that my battery needed to be replaced.

Very easy to install and brought my laptop back to full usability. It was down to about 90 minutes a charge. Haven't timed this yet, but it looks like three times that long. Not bad for this laptop.

I've had this battery a couple of weeks and it has gone through a number of cycles of charging and discharging. Its latest charge gave me just two hours of battery life, and that was the longest I've gotten out of it. Hardly what I had expected. It also interacts strangely with my Dell laptop (which could, admittedly, have more to do with the laptop than the battery): one minute it says I have 1 hr and 01 mins remaining in battery life; twenty minutes later it will say I have 5 hr 06 min left. In less than one hour the other day it told me I had 1 hr 07 min of charge left, then 3 hr 41 min, then 5 hr 49 min--and about an hour later it was below 10%. I can't say I recommend it very highly. The package that contained the battery said the company would replace it if it didn't work properly, but given how difficult it is to pull the laptop apart to the get to the battery, I'm not inclined to do it again. This is one of those instances where the vendor has one chance to get it right, and this one didn't.

I had a really hard time figuring out the type of battery to replace in my Dell Inspiron 13 700 2-in-1 laptop. I had to open it to figure that out due to a lack of information on their website. Fortunately, I found this replacement battery pack that is working like a charm. The charge lasts between 6 and 3-1/2 hours depending on what you are doing. I will be updating this review in case I run into any problems. Hopefully, this battery will be good for a couple of years before having to replace it again or to update my laptop. I bought this battery pack on July 7, 2020.

Absolute ripoff, terrible quality. Three months after purchase, this battery only lasts for 10 minutes.
