Many thanks** A: My one died after 11 months.Does anyone know how to contact them about it? **Q: Can 1m cable be removed as i already have a cable in place and want to connect that straight into fitting** A: The lights are a "sealed" units so you will need to take the cable from the light itself into a "waterproof junction box" which you can mount on the wall by yourself, then the "main power supply cable" that is coming from your main electric box inside your house or sometimes outdoor goes directly into the junction box outside. So the direct feed from your mains electric box indoor will then be connected to this junction box outside, whereby the lighting cable also feeds into this "same" junction box. If you find that what I'm saying here is too difficult to understand, then you will need a qualified electrician to do the job for you. The job is not very difficult if you have a little knowledge on how to install an outside light. You just need a waterproof junction box rather than trying to open this sealed unit light. **Q: Hi Just installed and the item works but the item permanently glows when off. Can anyone help.
