Worth Every Cent
This is my 2nd one. Very sturdy leather strap on its back keeps looking good. Never any problems with its 360 rotating kickstand, which stops in 8 different positions (no more accidentally dropping the device). The video on the page makes assembly super easy.

Awesome value
Just got mine today. I used the same case for the iPad Pro 9.7 inch and loved it. I tried looking around for a similar case but avoided this one because of some of negative reviews. I finally got it and think it’s great so far. Good quality. The best you’ll find for the price for sure. Depending on what you’re looking for, many more expensive cases wouldn’t be better. I’m going to put on a second plastic screen protector as I did with my other iPad and case though.

Would be better if it was more like the models for older iPads
This review is not sponsored. I have always bought New Trent cases and screen protectors for iPads and iPhones, and have tested some of their other products, and usually recommend them. I purchased an iPad Pro 11" last fall, and immediately looked for New Trent's Gladius case on Amazon, its website, and its Facebook page. The case didn't exist yet, but at one point they did reach out with a customer survey, asking a couple questions about the importance of certain features over others. In the meantime, I bought a case similar to Apple's while actively waiting for an indication that they were selling a case for the 11" iPad Pro. Eventually, I received an email notification about an upcoming "Flash Sale" on Amazon and bought it as soon as the deal went live.A good thing about this case is that it is designed much like previous versions, with a PU hard container surrounded by a soft rubber shell, a built-in screen protector, with an adjustable leather handle that allows for 360 degrees rotation. This case doesn't accommodate charging the New Pencil, but I wasn't interested in that anyway, especially if it meant design tradeoffs. One downside is that the rubber outside shell is thinner than the other models, like the iPad 9.7" Case 2018, which I own for my iPad Air, or the 2017 iPad Pro 10.5" Case that my girlfriend has. This makes the case seem not as robust, but I am not going to test this hypothesis. I also think the hard plastic inner case is thinner too, and of course the case weighs less because of this. Because I buy Gladius cases specifically for the convenience of the rear-mounted handstrap to keep a better hold of the case compared to other cases or using the iPad without a case, I am not so concerned about how heavy or light the case may be. I am more interested in the amount of protection it provides.Another one of the downsides of this case is that the hard plastic doesn't seem to snap together as surely as the previous models do. Another minus is that the screen protector isn't held as tightly against the display of the iPad, leaving an air gap between them. In a silent room, I can hear a "pop pop" sound as the plastic of the protector flexes when I touch icons on the screen. So far it doesn't seem to cause problems interacting with the device, but my experience using it has still been minimal.I don't know if this is a design shortcoming, or an issue with build quality, as this model was only introduced recently. My experience with New Trent is that it seems to make design improvements to its existing model, and then update the existing listing for the product on Amazon without changing the model number, rather than setting up a new page and URL on Amazon's site. So your experience with this model may vary if you buy one at a later date. The hole at the bottom of the case, covered with a rubber tab that protects the USB-C port, seems to be a bit too close to the port. As a result, I have to use quite a bit of force to get the USB-C charging cable to finally snap into the port. Too much effort is required; I don't like having to force anything into place, especially considering how expensive of an electronic device an iPad Pro is.In summary, I like the features of the case, but there are some things I am not fond of. Namely, the use of thinner protective materials and fit issues (thinner rubber, hard plastic case fits less securely, an air gap in the screen protector, and interference with the USB-C port). If New Trent resolves these issues, it's a five-star product.

Ok for the price
Ok for the price, just don’t like the plastic cover. Too thick for my taste.

Great Otterbox alternative
I have bought this case for two different tablets and I love them! They’re sturdy and protective but also are slightly stylish. You do have to be careful with the width of your charging cables but that’s a tiny issue. Otherwise it’s an amazing case.

Great case at a reasonable price
Ordered and returned 3 other cases before I came across this one. Had a little bit of everything that I wanted out of a case. Clean aesthetic, sturdy, and functional. Overall very happy with it. Will update if anything changes.

Only if you like it in military style
Yes it is easy to hold but not for long as the strap is roughly made. It is definitely durable but makes your thick and heavy. Return after tested for 1 hour. This product may not be suitable for home use but may be useful for outdoor or counter top use.

Not a fan
I had screen issues the plastic front screen cover kept causing my screen to do things on its ownI suspect there is some sort of issue with the screen saver touching the screen, it’s to bad its a really tough cover. You cannot use without front screen protector. Maybe mine was defective.
