For the best look I found allow the hair to dry, maybe a shower in the morning is wise, then later after hair is good and air dry. apply the product. Natural oil still in the hair gives a great grip to the product. I found if I broke a sweat it wanted to break down on the hair fiber so I don't recommend heavy on the product if you are going to sweat. Even if you are thick on the sides like I am give the product a little douse on it anyway match the color. Given this isn't real hair I highly recommend if you need to fill in some area.

I hate my thinning hair but this does seem to help. I only use when I'm going out and it does make me feel more confident about my hair and so I do recommend this product. I find I do have to wash my hair the next day otherwise your hair sticks up and it's a bit hard to run your fingers through!

Good product could be cheaper and for the size. Hoping the bigger size comes back.

I have always had fine hair, but had noticed that it was getting very thin at the front where my fringe is. I am so self conscious about it, so I though I would give it a try, and I'm delighted.It isn't a miracle cure, but it does cover up the fact that my scalp shows through my hair.
