It arrived undamaged and on time.

I was worried that it would not be suitable but it was fine, fitted our Hotpoint fan oven without any issues and works well. Was a really easy job to change, so saved an engineer call out

I thought I was going to need a while new oven but my friend informed me I could just replace the element. Didn't take long, I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to fixing things but I managed to follow a YouTube video and saved myself hundreds of pounds.

This was so much cheaper than the “official” one for our oven. It was easy to take the old one out and put the new one in. It’s been in for a few weeks and we’ve had no issue with it. We use our oven a lot (2-3 hours a day), and so far so good.

Excellent. Pop the connectors on and do the screws. Nice easy fix and saved a good few quid too.

Fitted my Hotpoint DD2544CIX perfectly. Installed 2 days ago and working fine so far!
