Property (Examples & Explanations)

5 Stars for Required
I never thought I’d say this, but this property law textbook is fine! For a required purchase, it’s actually quite engaging—who knew real estate could be this thrilling? I mean, I didn’t exactly expect to be flipping pages instead of flipping houses! 😂 Sure, it’s still a textbook, but it’s definitely more entertaining than my last Netflix binge. If I have to learn about property law, this is the book to do it with! Highly recommend for anyone trying to survive law school with a smile! 🏡📚

The Best Property Law Supplement
This is hands down the Best Property Law supplement. I first bought the Acing Property supplement and it made me more confused(it was the worst supplement). So then I bought this E&E and it explains everything so clearly and thoroughly. Really feel like I have a much better and thorough understanding of Property now because of this supplement. Highly recommend it.

Best supplement - particularly helpful for estates/present interests, future interests, and RAP. Love the explanations.

Good purchase
This book arrived quickly and in great shape. It was a good deal too, just a few dollars more for a new book instead of a used book.

Very Helpful
Between this and prof dale videos on YouTube I survived property. Breaks down concepts in a much more approachable manner. Don’t give up. It doesn’t get any better, but still, hang in there.

Poorly written, but possibly best of all the garbage available today.
E&E's (including property) are of questionable value except as an introduction to ideas and terms. The actual examples and explanations are at times self-contradictory, especially regarding the certainty of the authors in how a court would rule. I would not recommend these books to anyone going to law school if there were something better available. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with anything better at this point. Read the whole first-year series before law school if you can't find a better series.
