Great book, but a few problems
This is the first Hero Factory guidebook to come out, which, don't get me wrong, is fantastic, since it's following in the footsteps of Bionicle, but for the time that I had to wait after pre-ordering this book, you'd think an editor would find the simple problems with the book and fix it? First of all, there are several typos that can be caught as soon as you see them, like, they're very obvious. The next problem I've found is that some of the information is incorrect; i.e. Rocka 3.0 wasn't armed with a crossbow, but the data book says otherwise. Although there's information that was very vague before the release of the book, I definitely feel like they could've done more to make the book better. Still, this is coming from an adult fan.For kids, this book is a great idea, and I think any child fan would love it. It's full of information that they might otherwise have trouble accessing (the proper wiki is kind of buried on the net and hard to navigate without understanding of the layout). It's full of great stuff that I know kids will love. Highly recommended for children and adult fans.

Good book, but a little less then I expected
If you are a Hero Factory nerd, just getting into the line, or maybe just a casual observer, this book is for you! It contains synopsis' for all 5 waves, and all the heroes, villains, vehicles, and places in all 5 waves. It also has a section at the back where there is a "Faceoff" between different heroes/villains vs. heroes/villains, as well as a section that covers the places and robots in the Secret Missions book series. While I was expecting it to have a little bit more about the "Faceoff" part (It only contains stats and a secret move for each competitor), it is still a really good read if you want to brush up on your Hero Factory know-about. Pictures are awesome, and it contained some facts I didn't know!In a nutshell, I would say that while this book has a little bit less than the "Faceoff" part I was expecting, it is still a really good read. Recommended!

My 8 year old can't put this down
If you have an 8 year old boy, you probably already know how much they can get into the Hero Factory saga. This book looked very worn within a week of him owning it. I don't fault the book for that though - it tells you how much he has used it. He has read it through at least 10 times, and reviewed bits and pieces many more times. It was definitely worth the money!
