SEFS374 Full Magnesium Body Fire Starter, Metallic

Mostly OK - but the striker doesn't strike much until you remove the lacquer coating, and even then it's **** compared with a decent bit of steel. It's probably not helped by the chain being so short that you can't get up a decent speed with it before coming to the end. Using a separate blade, the sparks are plentiful and travel quite a way!As per other reviewers;1 - Get rid of the lacquer on the striker, and then consider replacing the chain with bungee or something considerably longer.2 - Better still, use something else as a striker.

It is what it is. It starts fires well, and is well built. You can reach for it and know it will do the job. It is easy to use and good value for money.

Item not too bad

magnesium does not ignite, completely useless product you will be waisting your money if you buy it

I bought this item more than months ago. Till today there is nothing. I still have information that item was not despachted. MORE THAN MONTH !!! It should have been at my home almost 10 days ago.
