Easy to out together, robust and good quality. Delivery was prompt and efficient. One relatively minor point. If loading the base with the volume equivalent of the recommended weight, according to my calculations the base itself isn't quite big enough to take that volume. However, when filled with water it is just about stable enough but the sand option would be better.

This is a midrange dummy bag that doesn't tick all the boxes and therefore it would be wiser to stick to a conventional shaped free standing bag at a fraction of the cost or go the whole hog and get an expensive fully moulded human dummy bag.Why is it not worth the money?The shape is a poor attempt at a human upper body which prevents certain attack techniques from being practiced, strike under the chin and kneck.The base is to tall and not as stable as many better and more stable products.The face is not robust and parts come away after a short time.Save your money or put it towards a good expensive one.

Just received the product, very good. The base is very sturdy, and I have had a very good first work out. Would definately recommend for the price. Does not move much with water in the base, and I am going to start work on footwork and cardio. Product was delivered speedily and very good value for money unlike some othe other punch dummys! Highly recommended!

Bought this from another seller. It is very good but if your over 16 stone be careful I punched its nose off with an uppercut. The nose is the only bit that sticks out to be fair. Also the grey plastic bit has split which does not affect it at all it just makes a really annoying noise you can imagine plastic scraping against plastic.

So good I've already strained my wrist enjoying myself too much
