Exceptional Customer Service
I haven’t taken the product long enough to review it, but the customer service from Himalaya is phenomenal. I had a small issue with the Bitter Melon falling apart in one of the bottles I received. I called and spoke to Jenny who kindly explained the reason this might have happened. Afterwards she gladly offered to replace the bottle free of charge. It’s refreshing to have a company stand by their product and be happy to correct an otherwise frustrating occurrence.
