As advertised and has great taste. Their should be a warning on the lable against feeding it to babies as it can make them really sick and possibly kill them. The pollen is good for adult immune system but can give babies bacteria or allergens that can harm them.

This honestly tastes disgusting lol. I dry scoop it with some water and it tastes like what I imagine peed on cat litter would taste like. It doesn’t affect the taste when it’s mixed into something like a drink or yogurt though. But the benefits of it are amazing. I’ve definitely seen an increase in energy and my usual messed up sleep has improved so much. It also has great estrogen benefits, my periods usually very irregular but since i’ve started it’s evened out so much. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for the benefits it gives you!

Gives me a little boost of energy and does what it should be doing...to my knowledge anyway. Not a huge fan of the flavor so I put it on toast with peanut butter and strawberries or into a smoothie. Size is good - lasts a long time. It doesn't mix into liquids super well so I suggest slightly warming your drink - DON'T make it too hot though or else it may loose some of that good nutrients :) Drink hack: Matcha green tea (let it cool down a little) > mix in bee pollen > add a touch of agave & almond milk

Supplementing bee pollen into my diet has helped with physical health in regards to my monthly cycle, recovery from exercise and helped reduce inflammation.

I really enjoy these Beekeeper’s Naturals Raw Bee Pollen Stick Packs! The taste is surprisingly great, and I love the crunchy texture. My only complaint is the price. I really like the product, but I’m not crazy about how much it costs, especially if you want to use it regularly. I do wish there were a more affordable option or larger size for the price. Overall, I really like these bee pollen sticks. Great flavor, satisfying crunch, convenient packaging, and easy to add to yogurt or granola. If the price were a little lower, I’d be even more impressed!

They had a weird taste not sure if it was just the batch I got, I buy pollen all the time and it doesn't have a strong taste of something else besides pollen.
