I used this triple action formula in my BigGreen machine to clean the carpet in my office. My dog stays in my office, so the carpet gets pretty filthy and smelly. What are the triple actions? Cleaning, odor removal, and stain protection. It did a good job at cleaning, though I had to go over some sections a couple of times. The carpet smells fine. I even put my nose to the ground to check. Stain protection? It has Scotchgard. Even though I haven't used this enough to know if it really guards against stain, I've used Bissell cleaners in the past with Scotchgard, and I think it helps.This product was provided for review by Bissell.
