Recently, for some reason I decided to start making my own limeade. Using a lemon-lime soft drink and some lime juice I needed to add cherry juice but it is difficult to find. I stumbled across this and decided to give it a try. I am extremely picky about certain things but I must say this syrup is great. It is not a thick syrup and the bottle recommends two tablespoons but I found, for me, one tablespoon was plenty. It's a pretty big bottle so should last me a while and since it needs to be refrigerated that's not a problem. I have also used it in making a cherry coke and it was delicious. There are quite a few recommendations on the bottle including coffee. Hmmmm, not for me. Seriously though I am glad I gave this a try and plan on using it regularly.

It’s pretty good! It’s not the EXACT same as getting a vanilla coke from sonic but it’s a good sub for canned vanilla coke (which they apparently don’t sell in store near me anymore :/). If I had to compare, it tastes like the vanilla coke from those big red coke machines that mix all the flavors.

I ordered this for our SodaStream. It's ok, tastes good, but it's thin and not really syruppy (is that a word? lol!) so I have to use a lot in order to get the right flavor. Surprisingly, there's not a lot of this flavor out there, so I guess I'll keep buying it until I find something better.

This is delicious! Very close to the vanilla that Sonic puts in their drinks!

I bought this with the hope that I could make the Cherry Cokes that I used to buy at the 5 and 10. It has an edge to the taste that shouldn't be there and the cherry taste is weak. The old drug store version was pumped out in a thick syrup. This is liquid; hence some of the problem. The edge on the taste is also a problem. This is simply a poor imitation of the old classic, as is cherry coke. Coke simply needs to at least increase the amount of cherry by at least 4 times.

I originally ordered this as I wanted to make “Cherry Dr.Pepper Pulled Pork”. Cherry Dr Pepper has been difficult to locate in my area ever since the stupid pandemic!! It’s been hit and miss. Since I had my heart set on Cherry Dr. Pepper, this was the next best thing. Better yet, I’m able to add as much Cherry Syrup as I want!!! I also figured since it has “Hires’” name on it, you can’t go wrong!! I recommend this to anyone wanting a TRUE Cherry soda taste that’s better than grenadine or any other flavored syrups.
