Serves the purpose,but thin

Worked just as I expected and made cleaning up my pizza pan an obsolete dish cleaning chore. No more burnt cheese clinging to the pan or pizza dough that somehow melded to it in a few places. I don’t need to set the pizza directly on an oven rack either, which always made drips a concern for mess clean up. I used to use parchment paper years ago but somehow got away from it. Now that I have it back in the pantry, I’m kicking myself that I didn’t restock it sooner.

It arrived quickly and is as these things go reasonably easy to open- so no tearing of my skin so that is a definite PLUS. it works very well on the bottom of a cake pan and is reusable too so I couldn't like it more.

Great paper. I use it for cooling cooked rice on a tray so that I could freeze the rice along with the paper in a food grade freezer bag. It really doesn't stick and the cooked rice spread easily. Paper easily tear out from the box.
