I suffer with fairly heavy incontinence and find when I get up in the morning there can sometimes be a fairly heavy gush of urine. For this reason I have been using the large, long pads in the hope I do not suffer leakage on rising from bed. They do not always work because the urine does not disperse through the whole length of the pad, only about 50%, before leaking at the sides.I decided to give the Attends Soft 7 a try after reading some good reviews. I was rather surprised on arrival at how much smaller they were in comparison to my usual pads. They looked about half the size, rather like a generous sanitary pad. In all honesty I thought they would not be up to the job. Wrong, they are brilliant, they can deal with heavy gushes and the whole of the pad absorbs the moisture. These Attends Soft 7 pads therefore wick away more moisture than some of the much larger pads. They are very comfortable and I do not find them obtrusive when wearing them with trousers. I am really impressed with these and will continue to purchase them in the future.

Are use these all the time, and I couldn’t do without them. They are well worth the money.

I use these constantly both day & night. They are a bit bulkier than some of the other pads but over time I have found I feel far more secure in these and I have not had the little leaks with a sudden coughing fit or that "gush" when getting up first thing in the morning if the bladder is a little full.My only gripe with these and the reason for 4 stars is the sticky tape is only at either end and not the length of the pad. This means you have to wear fairly fitting underwear as loser knickers and a skirt can cause a sudden need to waddle to a toilet to prevent it slipping out.Apart from that I find this to out perform other brands and the bulk pack is good value for money for someone that uses these daily.

Bought these before for mum. Pads then were well filled with padding. So bought 4 packs again. However this time the pads were flat with little padding. Not like Attends 7. Mum said they are not absorbent. Disappointed! Pity they are not returnable
