Excellent taste! Used on trout and tuna - not overly salty so can be liberal with it. Def not authentic tandoori but a very nice Indian-ish flavour! I used an olive oil binder with this rub but for more umami, could use mustard.

If you like bland food,not a lot of flavour that look anemic then dont buy these rubs. These rubs are superb,best on the market for me and they are British. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to bbq'ing. The layers of flavours are immense,not salty or sweet like a lot of the rubs out there. Put it on chicken wings,thighs breast.,pork. Mix it with mayo to put on your sandwich. If you go onto their website you can get this rub at half the price. It has a really nice curry flavour to it like you would have it a nice butter chicken. I wolfed down an entire chicken thigh which I prepared with it, usually these spices have alot of salt but this one lacked the salt so I would probably add salt to my chicken before coating. Luckily you can just be a bit more heavy handed with the coating to make it tastierIf they made an authentic tandoor chicken seasoning I would buy it an instance! Also would add some red chilli powder to my chicken in the future but the label says it is mild spice level
