Excellent sound. The problem we are having is the interface. It is too easy to click the wrong thing accidently. For instance, the first thing I did was change the language.... bad mistake. It took a while for me to figure out how to recover English. There should be a way to lock out the settings and other options so that when you choose music it stays in the music section. I bought it for my 11 yr old granddaughter. I ended up giving her one that I had bought for myself. I wanted her to have one where she could scroll through the songs but this one just didn't work out.UPDATE: 11-15-2019Does not sound good anymore. The sound is crackly and I am replacing this player with a Ruizu player.

the article does what it promises but it does not have good sound, I installed FLAC and MP3 files of 320 Kbps, and I connected it to a BOSE headphones to ensure a good sound but it was useless, because the sound was only of poor quality. I do not recommend them.

plays music well. easy to add and remove files on the computer. screen sensitivity is not great, works with first touch less than half the time. and all of a sudden the screen cracked. I wouldn't buy it again if i had my choice to replace it, which i have to now since the screen cracked. Might look at other items by the manufacturer instead.

The hardware is very good but the software leaves much to be desired.I am hoping that they come out with a good software update to correct problems.Change the sleep timer so that the current setting stays put and can be used over and over with the same setting.Currently it seems to reset the sleep timer every time the unit is turned off.Also, the volume button when in the sleep mode (screen dark) changes the current song selection to something else.Fonts are too small -- make them bold and bigger.

I was so excited to receive this player. I started converting video and it wouldn't take. Music wasn't loud enough. Radio was subpar. The selection of your mp3 was ok. Hard to navigate. wouldn't suggest purchasing this

It is rather quiet regarding bluetooth volume power, system is a bit awkward to navigate but overall its a neat lil mp3 player that does take a micro SD card, feel like it doesnt compete with my phone, so it might not get as much use as i had hoped. Still cool tho😁

The battery life is good. It's not what I expected. It's too small for me. It's looks breakable and I'm afraid of it coming on by itself if I put it in my purse or book bag. Screen sensitivity is debatable. I had to tap on the screen a couple of times to get it to work. I also tried to convert videos as well and it kept saying error format. (Might have to return it.)

I bought this to spare my phone for music usage, this is a great MP3 player with a great large touch screen that is super easy to setup and easy to use. It comes with 16GB memory and the speakers on them are quite good so you don't need it hooked up to another speaker. It is small and lightweight enough that you can easily carry it around with you. It's a lot nicer to have this than to use up all your phone battery playing MP3s and music. Recording and bluetooth capability is the most features I love on this mp3.

For you guys who said this product is no good because of this and that. Listen, you have to know what you are doing. If this is your first player, it's normal to have problems. I have a Fiio 5 mark iii for the last 2 years now and bought this little player just to know what you can get for 45$ these day. Well, I'm impress.
