Alive...Alive...MY LITTLE FIAT PUNTO IS ALIVE!
Covid 19, silent killer of old cars stood for over a week everywhere, finally has a mechanical vaccine in the form of this little gem.Nice little hard case containing the portable battery, cables, multiple charging usb options, instructions etc that's great to store in car w/o taking up space. Equipment itself? Battery unit is tiny, size of a portable HDD with a handy light built in. Sturdy little unit though. Came with 75% charge so topped up to full before use (took maybe 90 mins).Car started perfectly on first try! There are a few niggles. The cables are pretty short. Attach fine but you gotta have the portable battery resting on engine somewhere and gets a bit manic when you start the car and it tries to make a vibrating break for freedom as you leap out to unattach it.Also the instructions? Not gospel. States the readout should be 14v-16v when croc clips attached - ours was 11.7v. Plus when you then plug the attached clips and reader into the portable battery, reader display goes into the square border graphic - doesn't mention that in instructions. Tried the engine and it started but was a bit of a 'cross fingers and hope' affair because of that.Let's face it though, they're minor annoyances in the face of this little resurrection engine that could. Impressive as hell.

Unfortunately mine didn't work - support more than made up for it
On opening i was pleasantly surprised with the overall look and feel of the device. It comes in a nice robust case, feels sturdy and of good quality. The low price doesn't affect the care and attention that has gone into this product. Unfortunately however when going to use the product it simply didn't work, it appears to stay in the standby mode thus not providing a charge to the vehicle, instructions followed and also tested on a second vehicle. Upon contacting support i was quite impressed, fast responses within minutes, basic trouble shooting conducted for clarification of the issue and quickly ascertained it was in fact faulty. They offered an upgraded more powerful version as a replacement, however due to stock this would take 1-2 weeks for which i couldn't wait. They then happily without challenge processed a refund via amazon so i could purchase a different product (i needed this quickly). So although this particular device was faulty (it happens!) the way this was dealt with more than made up for it - other sellers should take note! I will watch these guys for the future, i only hope they only get better and improve their products whilst retaining the level of support offered. 5* for service and support

Instructions
Bought this jump start item to see how technology has moved on , snap on jump packs cost over £300 and very very heavy etc but will start a tank , when this little thing arrived I laughed but gave it a go , basically the instructions are rubbish, but product works !!!!! God knows how because it’s so small and light , BUT you have to connect leads first on there own , then turn pack on and connect to pack and start car I used a mini which I’ve had parked up for 2 years and battery is dead and will never recover , I tried to start it and it turned over for about 4 seconds and that was it ! BUT all you need to do is unplug leads from pack wait 10 seconds plug in again , screen powers up and try again , works great and I’m in shock ! First review I’ve ever done but after 35 years of the car industry I’m shocked how this little thing works ! But unplug and try again if car doesn’t start !

Delivered early. Easy to Use. Value for Money. Worked first time.
Like a lot of people at the moment my car had been sat on the drive and hasn’t been anywhere in weeks. Did some research on Jump Start Packs and went with this one. Was fully charged when it arrived which was great. Was due to be delivered Sunday but received it Thursday so even happier.Easy to use. I’ve only got a small engined car but worked first time. Took it for a run down the motorway and back home the scenic route so the car could get used to high speeds and starting and stopping at lights, roundabouts etc. No problems.Definitely recommend and well worth the money. Even charges my tablet and iPhone too.

It works.... most of the time
We have a car we only use less than once a week and we don't drive very far with it... so i'm having to jumpstart the car almost everytime. This jump starter is convenient and easy to use.... and it works - 80% of the time. The remaining 20% of the time? It just would not work no matter what i do.The instructions say i need to place the clamp on the car battery first, and then connect it to the powerbank. I find this never works. I have to connect it to the powerbank first (the screen will show a 'circular motion' which indicates it's waiting to be connected to the car battery). When i then connect the clamps to the car battery, it should indicate a voltage (usually 15-16V for me), then i know i'm good to jump start the car. If the jump start is partially successful (i.e. it starts and then stops), i have to wait 1-2 mins before trying again.Occasionally (20% of the time) - the 'circular motion' indicator on the screen would keep going even though i have connected everything properly - indicating that the powerbank could not sense the car battery. If this happens it's really frustrating and despite disconnecting and reconnecting everything I still sometimes would not be able to start the car. If i try again another day it might be successful! Conclusion? When it works (80% of the time), it's really good and really convenient. When it doesn't (20% of the time), it's incredibly frustrating. I'm happy to keep using it because it does work most of the time and importantly I have a 2nd car to rely on. However if you need this for your work etc then it's infuriating when it doesn't work.

This thing is so small and it works so well!
Wow! To be honest, I had really hoped I wouldn't have to write this review for a while because I thought my 2019 would hold a charge for longer than five days, but after it left me stranded in my garage last week, I ordered this jumpstarter on the advice of the tech who came to jump my car. I am SO GLAD I had ordered this because I would have been stuck again. When it showed up, I was doubtful: it looked like it was way too small to be powerful enough to jump my car, but I selected it because portability was important for me in my purchase. Let me tell you, this thing may be small (about the size of a paperback book) but it jump started my car with ease.I did experience some issues with the charger stopping to charge and needing to move outlets to get a full charge but once I fully charged it, I was good to go. I will not be leaving home without this in my car and I already feel like it paid for itself by saving me from having to call for roadside assistance again. Also, I love the multi-use cable with usb, usb-c, and lightening. Great to charge my devices. The flashlight is a nice addition too but I doubt I'll use that but who knows? Also, the case is sturdy and holds everything nicely. Happy with my purchase.

Awesome customer service nice pack
I loved this jump pack when I first got it... I don't use it super often but when I need to it has always been ready to go! I tend to keep it stored for several months at a time... And when it was completely dead recently and could not be revived I contacted the seller. Outstanding customer service! After some communication, they sent me out another one. I won't tell you how long it's been since I purchased it, but it's been quite a while. The customer service behind this product is outstanding!!!!It also happens to have a really cool little case, easy to move around and store, easy to use, and just works super good. Well worth the initial investment and continued product support!

Works as advertised. Got my dead Toyota Sienna running in a flash. Highly recommended.
My wife and I had several dead battery issues with our vans. Got tired of schlepping the jumper cables, so--based on various reviews--I bought this little wonder. Good thing I did. I had to get to a doctor's appointment this AM and found that my van's courtesy lights had been on all week. The Arteck got me going almost instantly.Since the doctor's office was just a mile away, the battery didn't have enough mileage to charge. So the Arteck got me on the road again. After two jump starts that day, the Arteck was still at 75% capacity. This jump starter is very easy to use. You charge it using any USB port. Takes a while to charge, but that's not surprising, given its capacity. Instructions are very clear and setup is straightforward. As a plus, it comes with a three-type phone charger cable (Apple, C, and mini). It's small (5.5"x3.25"x1.25") and comes in a nice case for the starter and attachments.I'm getting ones for my son and grandsons, too.

For the Price of a Tow Call, BUY THIS.
Using this on a 2005 Ford Expedition with a battery drain issue - every now and then the battery (one year old) drains because of a cannibalizing zombie power drain, probably in the rear wiper which pulls 8amps every 20 seconds. On a dozen occasions I’ve needed to use this unit. When the drain is below 10v, I pop the sucker on the posts, the battery shows over 15volts and it starts flawlessly. However for my case, that overnight drain sucks the battery to below 8 volts. The units shows that it sends 15volts in for starting but the crank can be so slow that it doesn’t catch for 3-4 times. BUT. IT. WILL START. My process is a tedious one of returning to the posts to disconnect and reclamp to get the units sending juice every time that the engine won’t start. But think of this: I’m not waiting for over an hour or three for a friend or tow or AAA to show, esp when it’s dark or snowy. Visits by a tow truck will cost you the amount of this unit. I keep it in my truck. After using it several times I bring it in for recharging overnight. Only when I don’t have it is when I feel antsy about being unprepared. I’ll leave the star off for the need to keep going between battery and starter but for Pete’s sake, this kind of technology should be in everyone’s vehicle.

Easy to use
I got this device for the car which stays in the garage for many days due to pandemic/working from home, and gets out of battery frequently. I had enough of calling AAA service. I purchased this device from Amazon. After charging it, it started the car immediately. It provided sufficient power. It is handy, portable, comes in a nice carrying bag. It is worth the money. I keep it charged in the car, so I can use it not only as a jump-starter, but to charge my other electronic devices, too.
