Saved Me A Lot Of Work
This review is for: Red Devil 0878 House & Home Restore Wallpaper Seam Repair, 1 Pack, Clear =========================================================== My Wallpaper Problem The old textured wallpaper in my study (a tiny bedroom) had been up for many years, and had even been painted at some point before I moved in. However in several places seams were now pulling away from the plaster walls, and in one corner there was a large 3-foot square section of wallpaper detaching itself. Rather than tackling the big job of pulling most everything out of the room, removing the old wallpaper and then cleaning and painting the walls - I decided to try re-attaching the wallpaper with this product. I was surprised, but it did everything I needed. Seam Repair I applied some blue painters tape to fully cover the wallpaper edges on either side of the problem seams. Then, I used a small parts brush to spread the glue over all parts of the wall where the wallpaper had pulled away. Immediately, a rag was pressed firmly all along the problem seam, several times. After a few minutes I ran the rag along the seam one more time. There was always a little bit of glue that squeezed out of the seam, but that's why the blue tape was in place. Then, after about 10 minutes the blue tape was carefully removed and the seams were pressed with a clean rag one more time. The seams needed to be pressed into place several times because the wallpaper seemed to be some sort of thin textured plastic that did not want to properly flatten out. I'm guessing that normal wallpaper would be much less trouble. Repairing the large section The 3-foot square area was repaired using the same process as described for the seam repairs, and the repair was just as successful. And once again I was surprised at how well the product worked, given the large section of wallpaper that had fully pulled away from the wall, and that was curling along the bottom edge. Bottom Line Great stuff! Highly recommended!

It works reasonably well, pretty good adhesion
This repair product has pretty good adhesions. After applying, some areas with a brush, other area putting it directly on the wallpaper, I used a plastic putty? knife pushing down towards the seam, then a wet sponge, then a roller. I seems that it take a little while to set up and the adhesion improves. Large areas worked very well. Curling seams are proving more difficult, and the type of wallpaper will determine much. My vinyl curling seams, are difficult, and heating them first with a hair dryer helped relax the curling a bit. Overall an effective product I would use again.

It works!
Red Devil saved the day for me. Every seam of my new wallpaper opened up. Just finished closing them up with Red Devil and a roller. Thank you!

Saved my 2 year old peel and stick project!
I put up a peel and stick wall paper on an accent wall (textured wall). I knew this a not always a long term project that will stay on the wall but I love the outcome. 2 years down the road it started lifting on corners and seams. This product saved my accent wall paper. I have tried other products but this was easy to use and solved the problem!

It worked OK but not as well as I had expected..
I have a corner of wallpaper in my home that keeps peeling back from the wall and I decided to buy this Red Devil Wallpaper Seam Repair to re-adhere it. This is my honest review of the product. This is a great price and comes with a lot of product. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Adhesive is easy to use by just applying to wall/paper, adhering, squeegee out excess product (I used an old gift card), and let it dry. Comes out white but dries clear. Unfortunately, mine didn't come with a cap which sounds like several reviewers have the same complaint. I sealed it with tinfoil, obviously not ideal, but we will see how well that works if I need to use this again in the future. It worked OK for most of the corner, but no matter how hard I try there is still a little edge that is lifted. It's not the end of the world, but it is a little bit annoying. All in all, this isn't a horrible product and it served its purpose but I wish the adhesive was a little bit stronger considering that my wallpaper still had a lifted edge. I don't regret the purchase but I am a little underwhelmed by the results. Hope this helps!

Total garbage
Did not stick AT ALL. I waited just a little bit too long to try this and now I can't return it, so that's $10 out the window. My product came with cap intact, unopened, texture seemed normal when I snipped open the end, so I don't suspect it's old or defective... It just didn't adhere at all. Seems just like Elmer's white glue. I have vinyl peel and stick wallpaper that's curling up at the seams. I think pretty much any glue would work better than this. IN SUMMARY: Don't bother, it doesn't work in any way.

Wallpaper seam repair
Great product, easy to use with a clean finish. The paper being repaired was a heavy flock and the repair was very good. Roller on tube did not work but would use this product again.

Expensive but fixed the stiff edges of a wallpaper perfectly
Perfectly fixed a stiffened wallpaper edge which peeled off more than a year back. Professionals said it cannot be fixed. Expensive, but very effective, and easy to use. For effective use, moisten the wallpaper edges by applying water with soft towel before applying this.

Works really well.
This was and is and has been fantastic. I had some wallpaper dry out above a radiator and come away from the wall. It would have been tricky to re-paste it in the normal fashion so I bought this with my fingers crossed. I used it virtually straight away as I wanted to make a better impression in my hallway for visitors. It was brilliant. I squirted it behind the paper and pressed the paper down. It doesnt matter if any come out because it dries clear. I fixed this on both sides of a strip of paper weeks ago now and it is holding well. It looks so good that if you didn't know there had been a problem you wouldn't notice it which is just great. I totally recommend this item.
