On the back of the bottle, it states "no animal ingredients or testing." I try my best not to use products that have been tested on animals.

Does this remove waterproof mascara?

Not sure about mascara but it does remove my Tarte Amazonian clay waterproof eyeliner.

What is the expiry date, please?

Thanks. I called the company. They say look underneath bottle. The first digit after the dash (there's one digit before the dash) is the last digit of the year of manufacture. i.e. if that # is a 4, then the product was made in 2014. Each bottle has a shelf life of 3 years.
