Zune HD Sync Cable

Zune HD Sync Cable I have had my Zune HD 32 GB for a few months now. I recently bought a dock for it and had not really seen my USB cord since then, so when I needed it, I tore apart the house looking for it and could not find it. So my first step was back to the Zune website itself to see if I could actually get another cord. I was in luck, I found it there but for $20. So I came to Amazon hoping that if it was on the Zune web site it would be here too. I was in luck! I got my replacement cord for half the price and I was thrilled. As I said, I have a dock that I totally love, but sometimes when I want to add more than a couple of songs I have found that the wireless sync does not work for large amounts of music.So, when I could not find my USB cord, I was panicking! Since it would take 2 times on a wireless sync to download one album, I needed this cord to add it all at once! I was thrilled when I got it in the mail and I used it right away and it worked like a dream. I got all 11 albums on my Zune at once! I am so glad that I found this on Amazon, because now if I misplace it again I know exactly where to come to get another one!!

Like the reviewer below said, this is not an authentic Zune cable. I went as far as checking the item number to match it with the authentic Zune cable from microsoft, and although they match, the item I received was NOT the authentic zune cable. I still give it four stars though, unlike the generic cable I ordered last time thinking to save some money on something as simple as a cable, this one works. The last one I had would not sync music, but would charge the zune. So now its my designated car charging cable and this item listed here is now my sync cable because it actually works! Would have been 5 stars had they presented their product honestly.

Bought this so I could make a short cord for my car. Was hoping to find something USB car charger that included a cable (I bought a Kensignton Powerbolt duo for $5 that included an Ipod cable) but Zune stuff is hard to find so I bought this one. Zune can play music just like an Ipod, plus it has radio and mine has HD radio - but everyone like Ipods. Ipods may have more apps, but that is because everyone is buying them instead of Zunes.The copper wires were super thin but I was able to splice them OK and make a nice 12" cable to keep in my car and not have 'cord spaghetti'

I received this item and it is the real Zune cable. It does what it is supposed to which is charge the Zune and/or sync music.It was much cheaper to buy off Amazon than going to Best Buy. From what I was told, Walmart does not sell Zune accessories, only iPod.I will be buying another one for a back-up.

I bought this cable instead of a MUCH cheaper cable elsewhere on Amazon because I read the reviews here that said it was the real, official Zune cable. Well, It's not the real Zune cable. It does work, but definitely not the real thing. Needless to say this was frustrating, especially since I paid twice what I would have paid for other had I just ordered one of the other cheaper cables on Amazon.

I've purchased zune cables from amazon before, having two of them break after only a few months of use. When I received this cable, it was packaged nicely, with a personal note from the sellers. The cable was in much better shape then I thought I'd be getting for 3 dollars, actually being a real zune HD cable, instead of a Chinese knock off like other sellers. Overall, I'm quite happy with my product, and would purchase from Wiseup Electronics again.

The picture that Amazon lists shows the official OEM Zune cable, the actual product I received from MarginMart was a cheap Chinese knockoff. I have had 3 of these cables so far, and they have all broke within months. The end that plugs into the device comes apart and the connections inside break. I am very disappointed and mad that Amazon would let a seller give me something that doesn't match the product description at all. I only bought this because I thought it was an OEM product. It looks like depending on what seller you buy from, you may or may not get the OEM cable.

I chose to buy this more expensive sync cable expecting to receive a genuine zune replacement part. It doesn't have the zune logo on it. I'm sure it works just as good, but without the logo It isn't as easy to tell which side faces up to plug in. So its slightly less convenient than the original.
